  • Orientation Program

The purpose of the orientation program is to ensure that newly hired employees are informed about Trinox Metal’s fundamental principles and policies, as well as its organizational structure.

To achieve this goal, a newly hired individual is assigned a mentor from their department who is an experienced employee. The assigned employee takes primary responsibility for our new colleague during the Orientation Program, assisting them with adaptation to the company and the job. At the end of the orientation program, an ‘Orientation Evaluation’ survey is administered to the individual to gather their initial impressions of the company and their feedback on the Orientation Program. The data obtained is used in process improvement efforts.
