In the production facilities of DAIYANG METAL, Turkey’s first cold rolled stainless steel producer, which started its operations in 2007; TRINOX METAL has been continuing its stainless steel production since 2014 with all processes in rolling and post-rolling.
Our production facilities are located in an area of 80.000 square meters in the Tekirdağ, European Free Zone (EFZ) region. The company has an annual production capacity of 60.000 tons of 2B surface and 15.000 tons of BA surface, totaling 75.000 tons.
As a part of a globally renowned stainless steel processing business group, our company is involved in the entire value chain from production to processing and marketing, working towards customer satisfaction with a deeper understanding of today’s rapidly changing business environments.
Investments
As Trinox Metal Industry;
The commissioning works of the existing 800 mm width Cold Rolling Mill, Bright Annealing (BA) Line and Tempering (Skin Pass) Line have been started and are planned to be put into operation by the end of 2024.
Additionally, the installation process of a new 1500 mm wide Bright Annealing (BA) Line has been initiated, with plans for it to be operational by mid-2024.
Among our investment plans is also the revision of a new 1500 mm Cold Rolling, Annealing, and Pickling (AP) Line, as well as the acquisition of a new Tempering (Skin Pass) Line.
